Do I need to have an account to place an order?
You don't necessarily need an account to shop at ACESOIR, although it is useful to save your data and to prevent you from having to fill in your data again during your next shopping session.
If you already have an account, we will securely store your data for you. It will not be shared with third parties.
Help! I lost my password.
Already have an account, but forgot your password? You can change your password by clicking 'register/login' at the top right of the page. At the bottom you will find the tab 'forgot your password?'. Enter your email address here and click send. After this, a link will be sent to your e-mail address with which you can reset your password.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you are no longer interested in receiving our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking 'unsubscribe from this list' at the bottom of our newsletter.
Please note: There are some emails that you cannot unsubscribe from, e.g. order confirmation emails.
If you find yourself missing us and want to keep up to date with the latest news, you can easily resubscribe to our newsletter at the bottom right of our home page.

How do I order?
It's simple and secure to place an order on the ACESOIR website. When you've found the items you desire, just click 'Add to Bag' and proceed through checkout. Rest assured, your order won't be finalized until we ask for your bank information at the end.

Did you check your spam folder? Double-check if you entered the right email address. If you still need help, click here.
Can I change my order/address after placing it?
Regrettably, once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or canceled online. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can review your situation and determine if any accommodations can be made. Please keep in mind that orders are typically processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been placed.
How are credit card payments secured?
Credit card details such as credit card number, expiry date, etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secured system to the paymaster without ACESOIR or others having access to this data. Even in the event of a refund, full credit card details will not be visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

When will I get my order?
When your address is in The Netherlands, it usually takes about five working days for your order to be delivered. In Europe, it can take up to a week, while outside of Europe may take a bit longer. Please keep in mind that during sales and promotions, there might be delays in shipping.
Where’s my package?
Check the track and trace code in the shipping email first. If you're still unsure of its whereabouts, head to our contact page and ask us a question. We'll put on our Inspector Gadget hat and do our best to trace the package. Please reach out at least three days after the expected arrival date. Thanks for your patience if it takes a little longer.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
